      I have a driver side that hasn't been touched by Jared Fogel but its a lil rusty on the lower edge, runny paint ect.

          is the rust perforated? or just surface rust

              Mostly surface rust, I will take a pic when I get home.. Pretty much have 4 used fenders all with similar bubbling at that lower mounting point. Probably just gonna buy new ones at this point
