It happens.. honestly, it was a good deal for the buyer. Regardless of the title situation, any money he puts in to it, more then likely he will get it out if he decides to sell in 5 or 10 years. Though, it sounds like the buyer is going to drive it (as it should be!)

Problem is, Bring A Trailer is just filled with car flippers and investors. The people who are just looking at what they can get out of a car when they sell. I.E. Porsche 911 fanboys.. Very few looking at something like that M3, and say, "Yeah, I want one I can toss around and have some fun with it."
