Anybody live in canby?

Finishing up my paper work and getting a new roof put on a house I just bought in Canby, any of you guys live over there?

Yeah after the inspection came back with just needing a roof. We told them they either replace it or we walk, so they had a roofer come out and give them a qoute and they said deal($9000).
but I have wanting a house in Canby since I started looking, I couldn't find a single house in my price range.
I ended up only looking in Lents area and I'd rather not raise my son in Multnomah county.
Im pretty stoked, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 1 car garage

You drive a hard bargain, Z. Rip. Glad to hear. LOL, fuck Lents in the ass. I like the east side of Portland a lot, but the whole Multnomah county thing really kills it for me. Sounds awesome, I'm glad it has lots of bathrooms, just in case I'm stranded in Canby and have to take a giant shit

I love Portland, and have deep roots here, but all the recent transplants trying to run this city and what a pain in the arse traffic has become, I'm about done.

We've been considering buying some property outside the UGB and throwing up a small house for one set of grand parents to occupy until we are ready to move there.

The county was bad/worthless in the 90's, it's only gotten worse, and now the city has matched their level of incompetence.

It's no wonder native Portlanders are moving up to the Couv, or elsewhere.

Screw Portlandia.
