E30 ellipsoid hid lights simple plug in?

If you are trying to swap from sealed beams he *may* have all the right plugs you need, but your sealed beams wiring is wrong for ellipsoids and you will blow the 7.5A high beam fuse if you run a standard 9005 high beam (55W). Unless these are H1/H1 euro lights then they *might* not blow the fuse, depending on what the H1 wattage rating is. But my guess is they are 9005/9006 US lights. I did a write-up in the Lighting section (which is stickied) when I swapped my sealed beams for HID, which has a tiny mention of wiring with some useful links that dive into the wiring in detail.
