I've learned that Pacific Auto Air does work on the R12 systems - they're located at 9442 Pacific Ave, Tacoma WA 98444 .......

Yeah A/C is just not something we deal with.. I've charged plenty of systems but its really annoying, and frankly an E30 on R134a isn't as solid as it was with R12.
