FS PDX, OR: 1977 320i project

It's a non running 1977 BMW 320i 4-speed manual. Sitting since 1993 or earlier. Motor is seized. Car has some rust around the rear windows, windshield and floor pans. Black on black. Has a nice set of factory BMW glass, Koni shocks, nice door panels and rear seat, etc. I simply want it gone.
