    Preferred Windshield Replacement Shop?

    Hi All,

I'm looking for suggestions on good shops that you have had personal success with an E30 windshield replacement in the greater Seattle area.

Sadly, I got a stone chip that spread within 24 hours last week! I'd be willing to go to the east side as well for the right work.

Also, would love to hear what y'all paid to have installed.

    Thanks!
    Toby

Jason is a good person. Known him about 10 years now. He'll be doing the windshield in my iX in a few months. Happy to help.

I recently used Euroglass in Redmond to replace my windshield. I got a brand new, all OE windshield, locking strip, and seal. They also vacuumed my car, which was unexpected. I highly recommend them.

Well I went through insurance, so I had my deductible plus the difference between aftermarket glass and genuine glass, which was about $270.

It broke down to about (I think) ~$400 for the windshield, ~$70 for locking strip, ~$100 for the seal, plus labor.

I found the genuine windshield as low as $270 from some dealers, but I couldn't find anyone that would ship it, so I let the shop source it.
