I've got floor space/beds for a few of you guys to stay at here in Tacoma. Let me know how many we need room for becasue at that point I will have 2 houses w/in about 10 blocks of each other.

I would say leave Portland around 5am, which would put you at Griot's around 8:30 (driving speed limit to 10 over).

Let's not forget that the speed limit for those of us towing trailers is lower. I don't know the limit in Oregon or Washington but in Cali we keep it around 65.

When I get home from work I'll start a thread to organize and gather together those who will be driving up from CA with a schedule of events that will update as the situation does.

Regarding the speed limit Matt, my estimated driving times are actually a couple hours above what google maps thinks it would take, so I think we're pretty safe there. Like I said, I'll get this set up in our own thread when I get off work and sort of volunteer to organize our itinerary.

from my experience here in Oregon you are allowed to drive at 95 MPH or at 45 MPH, but not between.

As far as the CA peoples are concerned, Ive started a thread and will update it with a solid plan here before long. I need to bounce for about an hour or so but I'll be back and put everything us CA people need to know there.

That sounds cool, I definitely want to meet up with everyone from Cali and Oregon in Portland, that way we can all caravan up there in a big group. There'll most likely be another E30 with me, Dan Stout with the red iX, he's from Bend, too.
