Gathering requirments?

Is there any sort of requirements for being able to come to an event and hang with the rest of you guys? I have had people PM me and say i need 1000 posts and some say that I need 500 posts, is this true, because I am cosidering coming to a couple get togethers and if that is true it will be a while before I can come.

Plus I was thinking of maybe thinking of having an event at my house or near me, There is a road in portland called germantowne road and is a nice windy driving road. with plenty of pull offs for pics, anybody interested??

requirements = post event/invite people, people may (or may not) show up, take pics, post pics.

yeah i tihnk there was so me mis comunication on my part, I was asking more about the requiremetns to come to one, but i got it cleared up thanks guys. I will think about hosting one maybe sooner or later
