I guess we both misunderstood. I think before i post unlike alot of people on here. I found a funny CL ad i figured why not share it with my NW buddies.

I post reviews on product I add to my E30. I participate in writing reviews on people i buy from on the forum. If you think my posts are useless just add me to ignore like i did to danny.

the reason i made a joke is because you (ian) said "if they are lying about the miles", which implies that you were pretending to be stupid and think there might be the possibility that they are in fact telling the truth about the amount of miles on the car.

most people who read that ad would think something like, "oh, they don't want to disclose the miles in the ad, they want people to call them about the car to find out how many miles there are on it. it's likely that there are a lot of miles on it, because typically, when a car being sold has low miles for its age, the seller will emphasize the fact that it hasn't been driven as often as another car of the same age, therefore slightly increasing its value." rather than "wtf cl 0 miles i wonder if they are lying?!?!?!" and then go on to post it.
