    Gig Harbor/Tacoma BBQ lovers

My Detailing Business is slowing down for the year due to the winter weather. So I am taking over my Dad BBQ catering business and shifting 95% of my energy into growing it.

I have Rented out the Deli at the Valero (formerly 76) in Gig Harbor and am serving from there.

Many of you E30 picnic goers have already had this food. We catered the E30picnic tech day at Griot's Garage and James hired us to cater for the Pre party that night where we served ribs. lots and lots of ribs!

For lunch I will be serving sandwiches and Bratwurst.
Dinner consists of cooked and vacuum sealed meats for you to take home and simply heat up.

    LUNCH:
Sandwiches can be made with pulled pork, Chicken, or brisket. They are $5 a sandwich and LOADED with meat.
Bratwurst are $4 dollars and condiments are available

    DINNER:
    2 chicken breasts for $5
1/2 lbs of Brisket is $5
    3 brats for $5
Sandwiches and brats are still served
*Full racks of Ribs will be available next week (starting the 17th)

Hours are typically 11am till 7pm. with Thursday, Saturday and Sunday off.

    Thanks-
    JohnnyP

Best BBQ I've ever eaten. No bullshit. Those ribs were to die for, the meat literally just slid off of the bones. And that BBQ sauce was incredible.
