how much responsibility does the dealer hold in a case like this where the odometer has been swapped? unless it can be proven that the dealer swapped odometers, what liability does he have selling the car 'as is'?
btw, I had to leave the room after that nora comment.. ahhh ahha, anyways..Leave a comment:

oh i thought your "mom" was married, my bad. well have her call then.
the Nora thing is humorous but lets not discourage when things are finally going in the right direction. remember this is saturday/sunday. so they may not be there. and last i looked they are "moving locations" so im betting they are trying to close up shop and skip town
"preferred auto nw where you can get a porsche boxster for under $10k" sounds like a winner dont it?Leave a comment:

yeah i think someone deleted some of the info that was posted. i have access to 2 different insurance auctions that span the country and ive never seen one auction house buy a car then re sell it. unless the car was in pieces, someone put it together and then took it back to auction to sell again. THAT happens all the time.Leave a comment:

post the vin, let someone else run it.
and there is no MIGHT have extra miles, you probably have close to 200k on it. i think you can almost sue the dealership (if you want to call it that) for selling a car with the wrong odometer installed. good way to get your money back and walk away before that 200k s52 takes a shit on you.Leave a comment:
