Turbo 2.8l IX Dyno Tuning Recommendations.

I'm located in southern Oregon and I'm looking for a tuner that has and AWD dyno and has some knowledge about tuning megasquirt.
My last engine melted a piston because the tuner didn't know what he was doing.
Any Recommendations would be nice, I don't mind traveling.

I've had decent luck so far with PRE racing here in Portland. They have an AWD dyno and can do Megasquirt.
