Highway 112 out on the peninsula... truly an amazing road, its around35 miles, of everything from 10 mph u-turns to 100 mph sweeping banks. and the entire road is nearly perfect asphalt. Last time I was out on a perfect Saturday there was 0 traffic on the road.

East Mercer kicks ass...
But you run the risk of the Mercer Islanders getting mad and cops of course... It's a fun loop though.

Is that hells canyon in Idaho or Oregon?

Highway 219 from Scholls to Newberg is the best I've been on. Hardly ANY cars ever on it, and the "Curves next 14 miles" sign always puts a smile on my face :).

Also, the Wind River Road hugs the wind river in the Gorge on the Washington side. This one is also a shit-ton of fun. There are some other very good roads near there too.

How about just some local hot-laps on the way home from work. Fox hollow is always good, plus u can extend your drive to Lorane HWY if you've got some time, broader corners though, more fun on a street bike.
Then theres always McKenzie view when you're on that side of town, this is where you try to beat Ted's high school record of 3 minutes flat. i cant remember if he stayed in the lines for that time though. i think i got pretty close the other day.
