PDX parts swap - 7 March, 2020 - 9 am - 3 pm

"Artfunk007" had an indoor parts swap/BBQ/GTG thing, at his old warehouse, years ago. I thought it was a neat idea.

Is there any interest in doing this again from you folks? I have a bunch of stuff, that I'm slowly realizing I won't be doing anything with, anytime soon, and would love to find it all a home. Rather than post it all for sale, how about an indoor parts swap at my place? All welcome, bring whatever you want to buy, sell or trade. I have a large indoor warehouse style shop, bring your own table and chairs. Of course, there will be food to be consumed (the important part, I know). Just trying to get a general idea if the interest is there.

I am thinking maybe the first Saturday in March, probably 9 am - 3 pm.

Maybe we could do another one later in the year, if this turns out to be a success? I really need to just start getting rid of all this stuff - the sooner the better, for me.

i have a couple 5-speed conversions - they are both out of early model cars, with the sheet metal shifting assembly. neither of them are low miles, though - both in the 200k range.

I love this idea but i'm unsure if I can make it so soon. I'll be at the next one if you do another.

I have a lot that would be fitting for a swap meet and could drum up much more from my team at the shop.
