Installed New Fuel Injectors - Heavy Exhaust Smoke

I recently installed new fuel injectors on my ‘87 325is. Now when I run it there’s a heavy white smoke from the exhaust pipe.

Faulty injector? I would suspect a faulty O2 sensor or MAF perhaps but the car was ok prior to the swap.

Any insight to what could be causing this would be great! With spring right around the corner I’m hoping to get this resolved.

    Thanks!
