    NC Oktoberfeast (Kernersville, NC) 10.10.09

BMWCCA's Oktobefest this year is in August all the way in Wisconsin... Now what kind of Oktoberfest is that? Here's our own one-day event spin. Join us in our limited celebration with German "cuisine" and e30 fun.

    When?
    Saturday, October 16th

    Where?
    Triad Park - Kernersville, NC

    Shelter #2 or/and #3
9652 East Mountain St., Kernersville, NC 27284

    There?

    1. Location: it's between Greensboro and Winston-Salem, but also same distance between Charlotte and Raleigh.
    2. Free shelters (first come first serve) with grills on site.
    3. Abundant parking adjacent to shelters, so cars are always in sight.
    4. Drinking fountain, bathrooms within walking distance (not hiking distance).
    5. Volleyball sand court.

I'll be able to make it to this one. The auto-to-manual swap is done and (fingers crossed) seems to be working well.

As far as swap stuff goes, I have some lollipops with new E30 M3 CAB's (never installed), new polyurethane diff bushing, an auto tranny, torque converter and a brand new slave cylinder line that I'd like to get rid of.

I'll probably be there. My dad wants to drive the e30, so is my humble and lowly e36 welcome at such a great event? haha. I'll bring some e30 goodies for sale too.

Of coarse we can... We can have best in trees, and best in replacing driveshafts in the parking lot. We can do all that, hehe.

Can't wait to see your car Eddie.

Question: Are BMWs other than E30 welcome? I was initially interested in an E30 but found an E24 that I couldn't pass up.

                      Thanks,
                      Matt

I've got mine back and working with no holes in blocks, so as long as I'm not working count me in
