yep, 96 328is 'powered" sport seats..

It does have manual seats. They aren't torn up but a bit dirty. You only have to run 2 wires for the power seats..

All operating parts/wiring is internal.. Only positive and ground are required.. You won't be using the airbag switch I presume.. Aren't these for the E30?
