    Let's get out and shake off the cabin fever! - Time for a drive ! -

    Chattanooga, N.Ga. and surrounding ! Anybody wanting to get out and have some fun. No affiliation with any club or group. Just a bunch of folks who like to drive their cars..

    January 31 (Sunday)

    Meet @ 9am and departure by 9:30... Either in Hixson or E. Brainerd depending on which route we can do..

    Route will be decided as we get closer to the date. If it is nice enough, (as in not icy or extremely wet) we can take a run down to Ft. Mtn. area.. Lunching in Ellijay if possible.

    So that will include N.Ga. guys if you want to go for a drive..

    Safety is always an issue.. Weather can change too quickly this time of year so the backup plan, if needed will be the following weekend.. February 7th..

                  Going off-roading on the 30th. Lots of driving just to get to the spot :( Probably out.

                          It's getting close. Any idea on the route? I'm good to go any direction. I'm still considering taking the 318is for it's first mountain challenge.

                              Sorry not committed to a route just yet... They are saying it will stay north of us but there is going to be some nasty weather Friday and Saturday... Hopefully it will miss us to the north... But Ft. Mtn can be treacherous at best if it hits around here.

                              We will be going some where... I'll just have to decide a bit closer to time...

                                                  If the nasties that are coming our way the next day or so clear out as they predict...

                                                  We WILL be on the road Sunday..

                                                  This map shows the gas station on the corner.. There is a store built right behind it on Ooltewah-Ringgold Road.. Doesn't show on the map.. Just go south on 321, you'll see it..

                                                  PM me if you want a phone number.. Most of you already have it though..

                                                  We meet in the store parking lot behind gas station @ 9am... Depart 9:30
