I am looking for 1 or 2 people to rent out the other bedrooms in my house to. It is a 3bd 2.5bath in Sugar Hill GA about 10 minutes from the mall of GA off 20 and Peachtree industrial, in a nice quiet neighborhood. If it were 1 person you'd have a bathroom outside the bedroom door in the hall. 2 people would have to share said bathroom, but rent would be cheaper.
I do rent all inclusive, so you wont have to worry bout all the bills and shit.
If anyone is going to be looking in the next few months (now to Oct at the latest....maybe Nov but that'd be pushing it for me)
