The thing is I'm in OP and I have 2 small girls so it makes it hard to come out on weekdays to the Tinseltown area. If there was something closer I'd probably be a regular.

What works for meet ups better, IMHO and experience is to txt. One guy gets the numbers and becomes the point man. I txt about the meet, a reminder one week out, two days out and the day before. I ask for a headcount. Morning of (day of) I txt I am OMW.

It seems to work pretty good. We had six 02s show up for breakfast and a "spirited" drive. We do it about every 5th week. Try to tie your meet up with a local car group gathering. We met up with the local British car club. It was fun.
