2002faq.com has a "What to look for when buying section." I would read that first. I have a 76 02. Rust is the enemy, big time.

I found the Craigslist ad. It looks good from pics but calls it a project car... whats the project?

I also agree that rust is a big issue on those cars. Call him up, get the details, and report back
