I just graduated last August from there. Didn't see a single BMW guy up there. From Huntsville but I go to school at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. Would love to meet up sometime. We I actually have quite a few friends with BMW's around here. I personally have a Z4M Coupe, a 318i and a 325is parts car. My buddies have a 330i ZHP, E30 with S50 swap, E30 with 2.7 with an I head, 2.5 Z4, and a 540i.
These things always fall through in Alabama, ha.
But, I'll go:

There wasn't many at all, but it'd make for a good E30 get together if we can get some people to come. I have yet to hear of a single R3V'er in MontgomeryLeave a comment:

I can consider going to this. Its not often enough to attract ricers, which is good. What kind of nice cars are we talking?I don't know how many of ya'll are in the Montgomery area, but just recently someone told me about a car meet, the first Saturday of every month in the parking deck downtown by the Montgomery Advertiser. Address below:
425 Molton St
Montgomery, AL 36104
I strolled through around 9PM and saw a few nice cars, and it's not much, but it's all we got.
and how many?
Ill definitely go if a few e30s are willing to show. I missing going to meets every now and then...Leave a comment:

Koss MotorSports Drift day in Huntsville. Just added an Autocross Test n Tune to this date.
If you have ever wanted to try Autocross, this is a great opportunity. The KMS Test & Tune is a non timed event, with an emphasis on just having fun, learning the sport, and honing skills. Every driver will get 30-40 runs during the day. The course is tight, around 35-45 seconds long, and should be easy on cars and their tires. For $40, its a bargain for a day of massive seat time. We don't even have to be up at the crack of dawn to make this event! Drivers arrive at noon for tech.
Here is a course preview - (designed in Live for Speed)

I'm dead serious about a late summer/early fall meet at lake martin. I need to know if there is any interest so I can start planning. We should be able to pull from the 404 as well.Leave a comment:

Yep, no problem just to spectate. It's going to be hot out so bring some water. There are usually a few spectators there and you can sit up on the hill in some shade to watch the course.Leave a comment:
