Depending on how long you're going to wait, I'm building an m20 and will be removing my eta, hopefully in the next couple months.
The head was stripped down, tanked, sealed (stems), valves ground, and reassembled at 232916 miles – 3/13/07. That mileage is my car mileage, I'm not sure what the actual mileage of the head is (I didn't rebuild the original head).
My car is now just over 270k -- still running well with no fluid leaking, exchanging or burning.

Rich, I know of one. Recently rebuilt, ran for like 5 miles after being rebuilt before the owner decided to M50 swap.

I got one off my super eta for 150+ shopping

It is actually a 885 head with the eta cam and valve springs. So you can always upgrade later
