If you decide to cancel before 6/1/15 you can get a full refund minus a 5% processing fee that we have no control over.
This year we are trying a slightly more professional and organized approach to registration.
Since the campground we are staying at is private (NO MORE RANGER DANGER! :drink:) we have negotiated a per night price per head in a large private campground setting so we will not be disturbed throughout the entire evening. That price is $10/pr night. This way those who only come for 2 days only pay for the time that they are staying.
The cost covers the group firewood that the campground host is providing, Friday night dinner and the group homebrew beer.

Why?
Drive, Eat, Drink, Burn Wood, and then maybe sleep before doing it all again.
Itenerary
June 3rd (Early Birds & OGs)
- General Relaxation time before the initial group gathering.
June 4th (Thursday)
- Setup Camp & Get Acquainted
- Small Group Drives
- Campfire Shenanigans
June 5th (Friday)
- Try again to do a scavenger hunt?
- Small Group Drives
- Campfire Shenanigans
June 6th (Saturday)
- Main Large Group Drive
- Small Group Drives
- Campfire Shenanigans
June 7th (Sunday)
- Camp Packup / Clean Up
- Group Breakfast & Award Ceremony
Campground Facility Info:
- Bathrooms
- Electricity & Running Water
- Hot Showers
- Internet Access (cell phone service is spotty at best)
- Laundry
- Firewood
- Black Bear Country (pack your food safely)
What to Bring
- Food & Drinks
- Warm Clothes (night temps can still be cold)
- Tent & Sleeping Bag
- Flashlight
- Chair
- License, Registration, and Proof of Insurance
- Plenty of Gas Money
- Box of Metric Wrenches
