I have a nice 2/2 here in Kendall FL that is gated and has swimming pool and guarded parking. Wash bay for cars and is spacious. The bedroom is 15x12 located on the 8th floor over looking the Kendall golf course. If interested, please pm me to talk further. If you have multiple cars parking is no problem. Move in date looks to be at the first of the year.

Right now? probably $2000. Im just looking for any rwd manual car though. I cant stand frontwheel drive cars or slushboxes. I mightve gotten a good job though so that budget might be going up.Comment
