They are both. Most of the times it's over the counter type. They stack the cars up, so depending on what you want, you'll need their help.

Easily accessible parts that you can pull out yourself will usually come out cheaper. A motor? lol, no way. My suggestion is to drop an M50 valve cover before they take a look at whats under the hood of the car. If they see M Power they will upcharge.

They usually have a cater and they have a lot of food and drink for these events.

people of SFL...i have 17 SEVENTEEN bottlecaps i'm trying to get rid off...some have good tires, some don't some are excellent shape, 5 are painted black with clear coat, etc etc etc all i want is around $15 a piece with good tires (i also have a ton of them laying around) ...or you can trade me ofr 5x120 rims OE, aftermarket w.e prefer 16-18" but will consider a cheap 15" set i can use until i finish my car.
