We who have had two gatherings last year for the Tail of the Dragon run are talking about a 4 day event sometime around april/may/june for those who want to know. Plans will be coming in the future once we can get together and work out the details where anyone in classes can try to make it as well. The plans will have camping information and all. Until mid april camping at Camp Look Rock is not possible(doesn't open until camping season starts) nor would it be fun camping in very cold weather.

the later the better, i dont know how much time i can take out of class for a driving experience, i doubt my profs would understand. That and my E30 doesn't come out of storage until all the salts off the roads

good point, it is in the mountains... than maby march or april?

Not only in the mountains but there are areas of that road that doesn't see much sun even during the summer so with cold temps it could be a butt puckerer in some corners if going through it very hot.

we need to get a groupe togeather, and start thinking of a date.

We had two rally meets last year and had talked about one sometime around april/may. Once the weather warms up some for those who will be camping and we had talked about making the spring rally a 4 day event (Thursday-Sunday)
