Anyone interested in making an "official" meet at the December Caffeine & Octane? There were three alpine e30 m3's, one e30, and like a dozen e24's there this month. I'd be interested in seeing some more clean e30s & M3's...then lunch afterwards.

Unfortunately the Alpina isnt as pimp as it used to be. Years of being left at the airport has taken its toll. Once our lease is up Im getting a place with a garage and a daily so I can get the E30 back in top shape.

I'm not sure if it's throwing any codes or not. It's been in NC at Motorsport Connections for the past 3 weeks having some suspension work done and my dad attempted to get the idle straightened out. No such luck, it's almost worse than ever. I'm sure you can imagine heel 'n toe-ing it through Atlanta/Marietta traffic... pure fun.

Ryan, if you think you have a shot a figuring it out, I certainly wouldn't mind driving down to meet you. Seeing that Alpina of yours would be an added bonus for me... haha. Let me know what you think.

Hey... I know this is pretty random, but since mainly Atlanta-based guys are posting in this thread, I need some help with the infamous shaky idle on my 24v swap.

If anyone local feels charitable and has experience with the 24v swap, I'd really appreciate some additional help diagnosing and fixing this ANNOYING problem. Shoot me a PM or reply back.

Thanks. Ended up finding one behind an Exxon over by Goodwill when dropping off some unwanted furniture. Doesnt matter as much now though because apparently the county finally lifted the restriction and the apartment complex car wash has been reopened. Its here and free.

Bimmer got its first bath (and its first time being driven) in a month. Needed both.

I thought there are a couple self washes on Buford Highway heading north from you but I haven't been over that way in a long time.
