No its not that, but the big loop for that run is several hundred miles from what I gathered on another site about the run and the 2 camp sites were not exactly convenient to the area is all I am saying. It is pretty remote up in that area is all.

The question is if everyone is down with a remote location or if everyone would rather stick to the Smokies.

I'm down for either I just know that some people mentioned possibly mixing it up for this rally amd that was the best I've found so far.

It looks nice to me, there might be something around Boone for camping, i've camped up there before, but it was 5-ish years ago.

Dates don't matter much to me, not sure if I could do the 26th or not as it's my B-day but other than that I'm game for when ever or where ever.

my wife's family has rented a luxury cabin in gatlinberg on the 31 of oct. to nov. 3 , and we are expected to go , so I might have to miss this one as I will be right there ,no sense for me to make two trips so close together , but I know I will make my morning dragon runs when I am there:)

I get my 3rd treatment tomorrow. I'm going to discuss my plan with the good Dr. and see what he thinks my post chemo schedule will look like.

After that I should have a better idea of dates I can go.

Doc says I'm clear to run provided I'm not at risk for infection I assume and everything goes as scheduled.

I asked him what would be a good date and he said the first week of Nov. BUT he miscalculated the final treatment date.

SO... I am fairly confident that Oct. 17th - 19th should be a good date for me.

After that he said I would start my radiation treatments 1 week after that.

BTW.. I found out today he has a 330, maybe I could talk him into atleast making a run with us.

Well it is actually Oct 30th assuming everything goes as planned.

Can we do it at Look Rock. Jeffrey and I were talking about towing our two stand up Jet Skis there and ride with others and ride the Jet Skis!
