Where to take my car for a problem in Dallas area

anyone know what shop to take my S/C S50 E30 to take see what's going on with it? I thought it was a vacuum leak so I searched and replace one hose. Thought it was the ICV so I replaced it. My car keeps shutting off after load and pressing in the clutch to idle but dies. Check engine light goes on and off. This is pissing me off. Also a place to do alignment. Everyone keeps complaining it's to low. I don't think it's that low and I'm on the highest setting my coil over will let me. Any help would be great. I'm in garland. Plano, dallas, or surrounding area would be good. thanks
