Just looking for some info as I'll be moving there in August.

Anyone a student there? Anyone know if there is a car club of any sort? Although, on my few trips down there I imagine it might be full of ricers...

What about the New Mexico scene, any recurring "meets?"

Does El Paso have any euro scene at all, or is this all a lost cause?

Albuquerque's pretty scarce on e30 enthusiasts. Las Cruces will probably be worse, unfortunately for you. You'd have better luck with El Paso, I think.

In ABQ, there aren't any BMW meets, unless you count the once every 3-4 months the CCA does here. There is a VW/Audi meet every Friday night at ABQ Uptown though. I've heard there are a few Bimmers that appear.

If you're ever in ABQ, there are a few of us here that would enjoy a meet up/lunch.
