    good A/C shop in Austin?

    any recommendations?

I'm asking for my daughter who has been having A/C issues for a couple years and doesn't have much money (I live a couple thousand miles away, so can't help with the leg work... plus I know little about a/c and having a '75 2002 I'm not real familiar with E30s).

We know about Terry Sayther and they have done good work on her car. I was just wondering if an exclusive A/C shop might be cheaper (especially if most of the system needs replacing which makes a conversion more appealing) and if anyone has had a good experience with another shop.

anyway, I (and she) would appreciate any recommendations.

    Thanks

Cheaper is not always less expensive in the long run. I just had the entire AC system rebuilt in my E30 for $2,000. I'm the original owner so I'm sure I'll have the car long enough to justify the expense. And, I live in the desert!

My E36 M3 was prepped by Tery Sayther and the car was awesome. A highly regarded shop.
