Well I finished the front section and part of the catback for the 5er today. Fits great. Just need some new non rusty hardware and to finish the catback I am working on.
I cut the stock collectors just behind the first bend, then added 4 2.5 inch aluminized steel 45° mandrel bends, these flow into a SS dual 2.5 inch in single 3 inch out Y-Pipe with 2 O2 sensor ports added, this flows into a high flow 3 inch metallic core cat, I then added a 3 inch V-Band assembly right after the cat, this flows into a 3 inch resonator that is 14 inches long, this then flows into 2 3 inch 45° mandrel bends and through a 3 inch SS magnaflow straight through muffler with a SS tip I added. All TIG welded by me.

For now I am going to work on making the E34 my daily so I can fix the tweaked shock tower on my E30, since the only problem I can find is a very slight change in camber and caster. The front drivers tower got pushed toward the rear passenger side, very, very slightly. Terry Sayther said they have fixed worse many times. And from my reading around I have found the E30 shock towers to be extremely delicate, lots of stories of bent shock towers, simply from potholes up north. Wish I wasn't a broke ass. One day... haha
