Alright since I figure there's a few of you subscribed to this thread, I thought this would be a better thread to ask this.
Can someone come take a look at my S50 and figure out WTF is wrong with it? Seriously this shit is getting annoying. I've torn it apart back to a long block to check that everything is hooked up correctly twice and I've found nothing that wasn't correct the best I could tell. At this point I need someone who is familiar with these engines to take a look before I drop it off at a shop for them to look at it. I'll offer gas money and something extra to come take a look. I live in Fulshear to give you an idea of where you need to drive. I can even pick you up if you rather that. PM for my phone # and details. Thanks, -J.T.Comment

Monday or Tuesday would work. I have to go back to work Wednesday evening, so I'll be spending that day sleeping.
It depends on the day. I'm convinced it something electric related since it's different everyday. I just need someone else to take a look at it. Bright side the check light seems to be working, which it wasn't before. Now if it could run right long enough to throw a code I would be in business.Comment

So Lonnie came by Tuesday. We ripped apart the S50, checked all the connectors, changed sensors, hoses, wires, etc. We still couldn't figure out what was going on. Turns out it was the MAF. Both of my MAFs were bad apparently. New MAF and it runs like a champ! :)Comment

I soooo want to make it to the next meet. I just need to do a few more things to make my car road worthy. Anyone have a hub, working e cluster, suspension rubber (c/a bush, Spring pads, etc) and or some good wheels and tires, or maybe just two good 17' tires for sale?Comment
