I'm moving to ABQ from Oregon. I read on the DMV site that cars in Bernalillo or commuting to Bernalillo have to have an inspection. Is this just an emissions test or do they physically inspect the engine? Anyone ever have problems with their E30?
I have a 318 and I've removed the throttle body heater plate, so if they have a book of pictures of what each engine is supposed to look like, like in CA, I don't know if they'll give me trouble.
