WTB project E30 Texas area

Im looking to get a project e30, sold my e30 in December when i was in a pinch and needed a working car (i bought a new one), and im ready for another now.

What im looking for:

Straight body(only needs paint on exterior or minor part replacements, not looking for major body work). Would like to stay under $1,000. Doesnt have to run, but would like it to be complete, as in, something i can fix up and not have to go to the ends of the earth to piece back together(for example a car with a broken timing belt and needs head rebuild.)

I List of preferences:

• Manual Tranny, but will consider Auto
• Prefer 4dr but will consider 2dr
• clean transferable title

Im located in Houston. I would like to not have to drive forever to pick it up, but will consider cars in dallas, austin etc

lol yea. Will be making a build thread soon. The timing belt broke and head is bad naturaly, and has some side damage from rubbing on a barrier. Probably going to engine swap it and do the bodywork myself.
Got it for a whopping $500. Has 126k miles on it, New suspension with a few thousand miles on it, all original equipment is there, and always dealer serviced. Came with a big folder of maintenance reciepts since it was bought. Im quite happy with it.

Here is the beginnings of the build thread. As you can see it needs some work but should be a pretty decent car after some cleaning and a little body repair. Just something to keep me busy :)
