Emergency!! Need a 2.93 diff input shaft ASAP

The input shaft on my diff is marred and the nut is stripped from removal.
If anyone has a blown or busted 2.93 open or LSD, I need the input shaft and 30mm nut stat! Help!!

matt, i suggest getting a die or a thread file and cleaning the threads on your input shaft. you can't just change the pinion gear and expect it to turn out over the long run. you will have a mess on your hands.

diffs take a lot of effort to set up properly. if they are not, they will just hum and whine when you go down the road. if the lash is set too tightly, the ring and pinion will eat themselves up.

unless what you have is really really messed up, you should be able to fix it.

^ Thanks for the info. You are absolutely right.
I will try to get it to a machine shop. The guys from clownshoe got me one and I set the lash to have some slight play. It should be good for just getting a driveshaft mounted up or measured. That's really what I needed it for.

If the machine shop can't help me I'll come down and buy your spare. Can't beat the price ;)
