Looking at an E46 in Dallas; need someone to look at the car or recommend a shop.

As the title says, I'm looking at buying an E46 in Dallas, but I live in Tennessee. So, I'm looking for someone to look over the car for me or recommend a shop to do a PPI. The CARFAX, Autocheck, and NMVTIS reports are all clean, but I'd like to know about things that pictures can't show very well like paint and interior condition, and any worn out parts (brake pads, suspension bushings, tie-rods, etc.). I need to know that it's a solid condition, good running car and ready to make the 750 mile return trip. Car is just southeast of the I-35E, I-635 junction.

I just heard back from the guy at the dealer about a company that he's familiar with in the area. http://www.usedcarinspections.com/ Very thorough, possibly unnecessarily so, but I'm going to try calling them tomorrow to see if it wouldn't be too expensive.
