Needing parts ...e30 91

Hey guys .. still kinda new to this forum but i bought a 91 e30 coupe ... its in good condition ..was sitting in a garage for the past 7 years so has lil to no rust (but the exhaust) the guy who had it before made so ricey loud muffler and he pulled the throttle tight so it idols way to high .. 4 cyl -the engine also sounds like its killing a cat ... its way to loud and raunchy sounding... my goal is to completely restore it back to its classic state with some Mtech mods .. I'm still in the process of diagnosing the problem with the engine .. (plan to swap eventually just want to get up and running for now)

parts I'm currently needing ..(only mint parts plz)

- weather stripping all round (hood, both doors, trunk)
- NEW lock/key for both doors/trunk and ignition
- radiator mount
- dash (leather)
- classic black leather front seats (bucket)
-black carpeting
- M tech bumpers and skirts
- (if someone has a good running/sounding engine inline 6 or v8 at the right price id be willing to take a look and just trash the one i have now)

PS: if anyone can give me there input or ideas for anything your more then welcome I'm all ears .. thanks guys!

sounds like a good project. just so you know, 99.9999999999% of e30's came with a vinyl dash. if you are lucky enough to find a leather one, it will cost you thousands of dollars. it sounds like your car is a 318? the seats in your car are also vinyl from the factory. leather seats will be a lot easier to find than the dash. no e30 came with a black carpet set. cars with black seats came with anthracite(gray) carpet. when you say mtech, you might specify 1 or 2. the one in my signature is mtech 2. just so you know, both kits are super rare here in the usa and very difficult to find. you will want to budget well north of 2000.00 for either. your best bet for the engine would be craigslist or a local pick a part junk yard. good luck with your search.

Are you going to get an MT2 front for it? Or have you and just havent updated the picture?

And im pretty sure OP is meaning MT2 considering he's in a late model, not all too often you find a late model with MT1 due to the whole euro bumpers thing

If your serious about an LSx swap, go talk to bob about it (he goes by iflytii on here) he specializes in LS3 swapped E30s. He's out of OKC

I don't think he does them as a business, but he's the guy to go to for information/tips, and he may have some hook ups for you. He's also the guy to go to for cages, he built the cage for our SE30 and it looks amazing, I'm gonna see if he will build a 4 point for my DD
