UPDATING THREAD: Still have M30, Engine Crane/Hoist, and some other goodies like Mechanical distributor.
1st A pretty clean junkyard pulled m30b35 which came out of a 1992 735i. It looked to had been recently rebuilt, or at least very well taken care of. Antifreeze was green, inside the head is bright silver, no fouling at all. Engine could use a refresh of the gaskets and a tuneup to be good to go. Compression numbers when i pulled the engine were all 160-165 which is perfect. Includes the engine, ecu, some hoses, AFM. I think the only thing missing is the air box and water pump.
2rd is a Harbor freight 1 ton engine hoist, and 750 pound engine stand. Both in perfect condition, hoist was used to pull the blown m20b23 and nothing else. Engine stand was never used.
Im looking to get $250 for the M30, and $100 for the Engine Hoist. OR $300 for both.
I can help load the engine if i still have the hoist at the time of pickup.
