NYC area mechanic for classic BMW E30?

Hey does anyone have a recommendation for a good mechanic in/near Westchester/Bronx, that works on older BMWs?

(I used to bring it to Euromeccanica in Mount Vernon, but they closed up shop.)

Oh snap.. When did they close doors? They were a good shop with a nice beach party every winter. You can try "Bimmers Only" in Bedford hills.

Regarding Mike having retired and closed Euromeccanica, have you found any area alternatives with remotely comparable knowledge/skills? He has been fantastic at keeping my 1992 325ic running beautifully all these many years. Also a real gentleman who was very engaging to chat with about all sorts of topics -- automotive and others!

I tried Bronxville Motors. They're responsive and I think they know their @#$%, but it's a factory... they're moving a lot of cars through there every day, so I didn't get the soft touch that I got used to with Mike. Still on the lookout...
