Well, I wanted to combine a trip down there to show an interested party my Diamantschwarz E30 and a trip to see z31maniac, but I got sidelined by the flu and didn't get to a few small projects left on the car.

Instead, I have a guido (MikeK) coming over my house to install a rollbar, because he is unable to do it himself without drilling a hole in the fuel lines and breaking the side windows.

Instead, I have a sweetie (MikeK) coming over my house to spend the weekend picking out doilies and throw cloths for next weeks Thanksgiving dinner, because he is unable to do it himself without sobbing in tears over making such pivotal decisions.

The real reason he's coming up is to show off the festive arrangement he made with pine cones, silk flowers, and some seasonal foliage showcasing the full palette of fall colors. The rollbar is just the proverbial gravy on top of this succulent turkey.
