    Pa dealer question, not bmw

    hey
maybe someone can give me a hint
my son lives in pa, and bought a honda pilot from a dealer, 2005 with 61k on the clock
when they bought it from the dealer , the sales man siad they would throw in mats

when they picked it up , the remotes for the doors did not work, they had not tried them, and thiere were not mats
the dealer said .too bad.it was all verbal and you should have tried the locks before you bought it

here in Oreogn, even if a car has no warranty, if you buy something at a dealer , you have a 3 day window to change your mind, or fix things.
they have had the car only 1 day ( today is their second)
is ther any laws like that in PA. they live in hershey, super tight budget, young family son goiong to shcool

    thank you

    never mind
my bro who lives in pa, works in the fed system,an "inspector", he made a phone call, it is being taken care of today at the dealer
pulling mats form another car, fixing the remotes, no cost

thats what family is for, or a friend in the uppity ups of the feds legal system
