Just picked up an 87 325iS from a buddy of mine.. Looking forward to learning and seeing others cars..

Timing belt, water pump, thermostat, belts and hoses all going in over the next week or so.

I need a fan switch i think, it seems to only work on 4. I'll also need to fix the odometer gears. But I'll wait a bit to get into that.

My buddy and I were trying to get in before i headed north, but timing doesnt work out.. I'm being moved Friday so I need to be out of my place tomorrow.

I may still be in touch with you guys for some info, and parts.

I drove it up from Howell NJ to my place in Bayside, it was a great ride. Tomorrow we gas up and drive to Albany NY.

you might need a blower motor. I had to replace that on my old iX. Picked one up for like $30 used (be wary that there are diff sized ones).....very simple swap under the hood. 10mins tops.
