I have the car but it's too damn "fragile". I'm always worried someones gonna breath on it wrong or look at it weird. God forbid my lady's purse should brush it on the way into the house (she's not allowed to come in through the garage anymore). I want something I can beat on and be OK with resting wrenches on it while I work on it

Hey guys, so I am planning to be selling my 91 318is very soon. It currently needs some minor body work. Is there anyone interested in the car the way it is right now or should I fix it before selling? Its track prepped with Recaros, roll bar, suspension, exhaust, perfect interior etc. Price will be about $7K the way it is or $8K fixed.
