I have 2 e36's one 94 325i and a 95 M3
Everything from the 325i is for sale due to me swapping the motor from my m3 into it.
i have a 325i m50 motor, getrag trans, 3.15LSD , and accompanying parts to get this into your car.
good - I have a dinan chip and a 413 red label dme for it.
bad - vanos unit has to be replaced. and it will not come with wiring harness since i need the harness for the s50 due to an electrical draw.
for the right price. everything can go..

Motor - 190k miles - $400 obo

M3 shifter - $100
stock exhaust with gutted cats - Sold
Dinan chip for 2.5L obd1 - $100 (This chip raises the redline of the engine to 7000 RPM, adds 18hp and 20lb/ft of torque, and eliminates the top-speed limiter, allowing the car to reach it's "natural top speed")
3.15LSD - $250obo
i will not ship, i will not meet. you will have to come and pick up anything you would like.
