Want to drive a GOOD M20 powered E30 (NYC)

Alright so here is the deal. I have never driven a car with a proper M20. I used to have 318iS, daily an E36 now, driven dude8383's M50 swap and friend's S14 M3. I am about to jump into my project 325i full force, but I have never driven an M20 so don't know if I'll like it (yeah I know, pretty stupid). I am afraid that it will be a big step down in power versus my E36. I was a passenger in a Spec E30 and it was awesome, but of course that was Spec E30 driven on a track by a very good driver.

Anyway, can anyway let me drive their 325? I would just drive it for a few miles to get a feel for the car. We can do a mini-meet with few E30 buddies. I promise not too abuse your car TOO much ;)

tuesday nights on staten island there's always a car show, its a very diverse group.. but, me and a few friends go down, i wouldnt mind trading a cup of coffee, for the keys to a fellow e30 lover for a joy ride..., as long as you know how to drive low, that is...
i have a 90 325is, with an ebay chip, and super short throw shifter, 165k on the motor.
    pretty much stock.
im not sure if ill be attending this week due to weather, but as long as its nice im there.
    lemme know if your intrested..

Sounds good man. I'll see if I decide to make it out to SI after finals in a few weeks. Are you going to GFest on Sunday? We might cross paths there...

I have yet to come across a 325i e36 faster than my healthy MAF'd m20 and even when it wasn't MAF converted. You won't be disappointed!

not sure about that, I used to drive a dinan chipped non vanos m50 with a short ram and stock internals. The car only had upgraded suspension and there werent any comparable (slightly upgraded from stock) e30s that were able to keep up.
              feedback?!
