    Flying to PA...

    Coming out to PA for work on May 1st-3rd. Staying in Warminster,

    what to do?
    Where to eat?

        I was there for a day for a med school interview. I just went around all of the historic sights and did the tourist thing. One of the oldest US cities. There's like six square blocks of 1700s stuff. It was really cool.

                  I used to live over that way. To be honest, just hit up the tourist areas. Not really worth venturing out, especially if there's the possibility of getting robbed/shot/stabbed/etc. Philly is ghettoooo

                    My wife used to live there and we would go out to old city for the night life. Other than that, there aint shit to do. And like mentioned above, it is get-to!

                      Lol, Philly is not ghetto, it's just like every other major city, it has neighborhoods that you should stay out of. There is plenty worth checking out in center city. Independence mall (1700's stuff), the art museum has an incredible collection, even If your not artsy they have a room of armor that is just awesome. The Franklin institute is another great place for all ages, so much cool stuff in there, and alot of it is hands on. South street is worth checking out as well. Tattooed moms (on south st) is a cool bar, if your not into the old city crowd. Cheese steak, as said above, pats and genos are across from each other, both are good. Hmu if you want more info or directions.

                        Thanks, Ill check out the Franklin institute then go to Pat or Genos. I have about an hour drive to warminster after that. Thanks for the info
