    NYC Caravan to Gfest?

    There was some interest on the New England page, thought we could start our own. I'm in Carroll Gardens in Brooklyn, but would meet up wherever to drive out to NJ.

    Let's figure out a time and place.

          Any Ideas on where to meet up? I guess that depends on the route we take...cheaper to take a bridge into Manhattan, then through Holland tunnel than taking the Verrazano

              What time are ya'll planning to go? I wanted to get there early to help Levent out with logistical shit if needed.

              Tom, Al is coming with me, he's definitely not bringing his E36 :)

                  last year we met off of exit 13 on the belt 'cause there is a nice parking lot to chill, i think all Long Island, Queens and BK people should meet there.

                              I've never driven east of sunset park, so I have no clue what "the belt is". Care to clarify that for me?

                                      Is exit 13 the Canarsie Pier? That could work. It's out of the way, but it is good because you can go straight from there to GFest with minimal traffic lights and no tolls. That makes it more likely for people to stay together.
